Environmental and Social (E&S) Services

Using extensive knowledge of the Word Bank Performance Standards (WB PSs), we are committed to help our clients to properly manage their E&S risks, reduce costs, and operate in a sustainable manner.

Among the services we provide:

Become the E&S link between the renewable energy project and the financial institution, we speak the banking language, we’ve got your back;
Develop a full pack of E&S documentation for the stages of projects’ development and implementation, hence project-specific Environmental and Social Management Plans and Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS);
Overseeing compliance in the execution of the project’s Environmental and Social Plans with national legislation, international standards by regularly monitoring site activities;
Plan and participate in Environmental and Social Monitoring visits carried out by the lender, lender’s technical advisors, and others;
Prepare relevant Environmental and Social external reports, such as SASB, GRI; internal reporting goes without saying;
Create monthly/quarterly/annual E&S Monitoring Reports per lenders' requirements by the standard of ERBD, EIB, DFC, and other world-known Financial Institutions;
Perform gap analyses as per Equator Principles;
Evaluate the performance of contractors and subcontractors towards locally applicable Environmental and Social Laws, the International Bill of Human Rights, and ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work and its eight core conventions;
Perform CO2 foot analysis of your renewable energy projects in accordance with the up-to-date knowledge of climate change;
