Starting from Greenfield until ready to build stage we offer a package of services that will cover the entire process.

Project Management

  • Assist in prepare and issue of bidding documents, organize site visits, assist pre-bid meetings, respond to requests for clarification on bidding documents

  • Preparation of Project Execution Plan (PEP)

  • Review, audit and acceptance/approval of the detailed designs (drawings and design documents)

  • Tender Management, include develop proposals for tenders

  • Turbine Supply Agreement Review and Negotiation

  • Identify and coordinate subcontractors

  • Review the internal project management procedures of the Client, and identify the deficiencies

  • Coordinate of transportation and logistics, storage of arrived material, and waste disposal

  • Consult and advise on various alternatives or options available for resolve construction problems

  • Provide the construction, assembly and commission procedures to be completed in accordance with the Work Schedule

  • Organize of monthly progress meetings

  • Execute and report daily, weekly and monthly hold meetings with the site team, update the Work Schedule based on major plan

  • Site Supervision, control of the construction and assembly processes and execute necessary tests and inspections

  • Report of all activities in accordance with the relevant protocols

  • Perform and report the quality controls during the completion of the project

  • Mobilize a team in compliance with the requirements and construction phases on the site, including provide necessary personnel on site (engineers, supervisors, quality inspectors, environmental and social safeguards specialists, etc.) for supervision of works, inspection and installation of the equipment, and test of construction materials and quality

Contract Management (FIDIC Contracts)

  • Contract Drafting, Review and Negotiation (FIDIC and Conventional)

  • Contract/Claim Management and Consultancy

  • Prepare and execute of equipment, purchase and subcontract agreements

  • Material and plan supply agreements,

  • Turbine supply and installation agreements (TSIA),

  • Power purchase agreements (PPAs),

  • BoP construction agreements

  • Provision of technical and particular conditions of the contracts as per local legislations

  • EPC contracts

  • Technical and particular conditions of the contracts as per local legislations

  • Review on approval of invoices to be submitted in accordance with the contract for design, supply, and installation works.

  • Technical support in resolution of disputes and claims raise

  • Detailed and explain any variation in project cost and implementation time from the originals.

  • Provide specific advice to client on all contract amendments, including drafting of the provisions.

  • Participate in any project related technical, contractual, and financial discussions and meetings

  • Assist in resolving contractual issues including review, evaluation and confirmation claims for cost increase or time extension, and contract variation orders
